Travel Physical Therapist Job
Physical Therapist in Unity, New Hampshire. Start date: 07/13/2026. This is a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours. Weekly pay ranges from $2,533 to $2,619 per week. The assignment offers 36 guaranteed hours per week on a day shift (08:00–16:30) in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities
- Perform initial PT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for residents in a skilled nursing setting.
- Deliver therapy interventions including gait training, balance re-education, transfers, mobility training, ROM, and progressive strengthening.
- Reassess patient progress regularly, adjust plans of care, and document outcomes in the resident care record.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (nursing, therapy assistants, physicians) to coordinate care and support discharge planning.
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, equipment safety, and adherence to professional standards and facility policies.
- Provide education to residents and families on home exercise programs and safety to promote independence and functional gains.
Requirements
- Current PT license to practice in the United States; NH licensure in good standing or eligibility as applicable.
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility setting and follow day-shift scheduling (08:00–16:30) with 36 guaranteed hours per week.
- Strong communication skills and ability to document progress clearly for interdisciplinary team use.
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in a care-setting environment.
- Capacity to meet the physical demands of typical SNF PT duties.
