Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER) travel assignment in Glendale, California. Start date 04/27/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,710–$1,779 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days (0700–1930). Setting: emergency department environment in Glendale, CA.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care for ED patients, including initial assessment, triage, and continuous monitoring
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergent interventions per orders and protocols
- Interpret monitors, manage airway and cardiovascular emergencies, and coordinate rapid diagnostic workups
- Document care accurately in the Cerner EHR; communicate with patients, families, and the care team
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, techs, and ancillary staff to ensure patient safety and efficient throughput
- Employ de-escalation techniques and CPI/TEAM strategies as needed; adhere to department and safety policies
Requirements
- California RN license (active)
- Minimum 3 years ER/ED experience, within the last 3 months in the submitted unit specialty
- Cerner electronic health record experience
- Certifications: BLS (or equivalent), ACLS, PALS; CPI/TEAM or approved de-escalation training; NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- BSN preferred; ADN acceptable with current licensure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ER environment
