Healthforce Healthcare LLC is seeking an ICU nurse for a travel assignment in a Critical Access Hospital setting. This is a non-local option requiring a minimum distance from the facility.

- Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM), ~36 hours/week

- Work setting: ICU in a Critical Access Hospital
- Travel requirement with distance eligibility (no local candidates)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for ICU patients across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, including trauma and critical care scenarios
- Monitor and interpret vital signs, manage ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, lines and drains, medications, and infection control
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members
- Chart accurately in the Cerner EMR and communicate patient status during rounds and handoffs
- Respond to emergencies, participate in rapid response/codes, and ensure patient safety and quality of care
- Perform procedures within scope of practice and maintain clinical competency through ongoing documentation and performance checks
Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire; license verification required
- ICU experience: minimum 2 years current ICU experience (required)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (American Heart Association) required; TNCC highly preferred
- EMR: Cerner EMR experience highly preferred
- Documentation: Supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment required; permanent address included in submission
- RTO: Requests for time off should be 3 days or fewer
