Registered Nurse - OR Circulator needed for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital setting in San Luis Obispo, California. Start date: 08/10/2026. Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists and coordinate the flow of equipment, supplies, and staff during a surgical procedure
- Maintain patient safety throughout the perioperative phase of care
- Participate in patient care planning, assessment, and nursing treatment
- Support intraoperative nursing activities, including instrument handling and maintaining sterile technique
- Document perioperative care and communicate effectively with the surgical team
Requirements
- Current California RN license (active)
- OR Circulator experience or perioperative nursing background
- Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment and coordinate with surgeons and anesthesia team
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to commit to a 13-week travel assignment with 40 hours per week on days
