CT Technologist (CT Tech) - travel assignment in Kodiak, Alaska. This role supports CT imaging across an acute care imaging service, with pediatric and adult patients. Start date is 06/29/2026 for a multi-week assignment on nights. Shift is 4x10s (6:00 PM–4:00 AM). Weekly pay ranges from $2,480 to $2,630, with guaranteed hours of 70 hours per two weeks. Housing is provided, and a facility-arranged vehicle is available for travel. On-call coverage is required on weekends. First-timers are accepted; travel experience not required.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures using a Philips 64-slice Brilliance CT; optimize protocols and adjust equipment for image quality and patient safety.
- Administer contrast and perform IV/venipuncture as required; monitor patients during contrast administration.
- Conduct CTA/vascular studies and imaging for trauma, head, chest, and abdomen in both pediatric and adult patients.
- Utilize 3D rendering, MPR, and PACS tools to aid interpretation and communication with radiologists.
- Maintain radiation safety practices and adhere to ALARA principles; document findings and procedures in the electronic health record.
- Provide X-ray coverage within scope when needed and be prepared to float within the facility or to affiliate sites; participate in on-call and weekend coverage as assigned.
Requirements
- Certifications: ARRT (CT) and BLS required
- Experience: 0 years required; first-timers accepted; 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years are required during compliance
- Licensing: Pending license not accepted (confirm with account manager)
- Other: Ability to work the 6:00 PM–4:00 AM night shift; ability to cover X-ray within scope and to float as needed
- Eligibility: Travel-ready to work in the United States; valid driver’s license for housing/vehicle arrangements
