Responsibilities
- Observe, evaluate, and coordinate the care provided to patients in the Special Procedures department.
- Participate in direct and indirect care for all activities aligned with organizational policies, procedures, philosophy, and mission.
- Contribute to before-, during-, and after-care of invasive, interventional, and therapeutic procedures/studies addressing cardiac, vascular, venous, and structural heart disorders.
- Support care related to cardiac rhythm abnormalities, device implants/removals, and lead management, while maintaining patient safety and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, technologists, and the broader care team; ensure continuity of care across procedures and post-procedure recovery.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements, safety standards, infection control practices, and documentation guidelines.
