Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care travel assignment in Geneva, NY. Start date 06/09/2026 for 14 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,169 to $1,225. Shift is 5x8 rotating with every-other weekend and holiday coverage. Work setting is a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Collect data on residents’ physical and psychosocial condition and communicate findings to the RN and Interdisciplinary Team.
- Contribute to an age-appropriate, culturally relevant plan of care and participate with the resident/family and healthcare team to achieve outcomes.
- Monitor resident responses, revise the plan of care as needed, and coordinate referrals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary personnel to maintain a safe, high-quality care environment and uphold standards of practice.
- Maintain current knowledge and competency in nursing practice; participate in mentoring/orientation of staff and ongoing education.
Requirements
- Current New York Licensed Practical Nurse license (active)
- BLS certification (AHA or RQI)
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
- Ability to provide age-appropriate care to adult and geriatric residents
- Effective communication and teamwork skills; able to work under RN supervision
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including EOW and holidays
