Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care travel assignment in Peterborough, NH. Start date 04/27/2026 for 7 weeks. Weekly pay $1,402–$1,450 per week. Guaranteed hours 32 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for residents in a long-term care setting under nursing leadership.
- Administer prescribed medications and routine treatments according to orders and facility policy.
- Perform focused assessments, monitor progress, and document changes in the resident’s condition.
- Monitor vital signs, intake and output, and respond to changes in clinical status.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and communicate with the care team to update care plans.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Ability to work evening shifts (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) and participate in a 7-week travel assignment.
- Minimum guaranteed 32 hours per week; flexibility to adapt to unit needs.
- Prior long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
