Active Nebraska OT licensure and BLS for Healthcare Providers are required upon hire.

Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients to restore or improve functional abilities following illness or injury
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans and measurable goals
- Select and apply therapeutic activities, modalities, and assistive devices as appropriate
- Monitor patient progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes in the medical record
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
Requirements
- Active Nebraska Occupational Therapist license
- American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire
- Ability to work in a hospital setting
- Eligible for a travel temporary assignment and credentialing process
