Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of aRegistered Nurse.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately in the chart.
- Monitor residents’ health status, observe for changes, and report findings promptly.
- Perform routine assessments and assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and comfort measures.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and ensure person-centered care.
- Maintain infection control practices, safety procedures, and compliant documentation.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (in good standing)
- Ability to work the listed shift (3x12 night shifts)
- Experience in a long-term care environment is preferred
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team
- Eligible to work in the United States for a temporary travel assignment
