CT Technologist (Radiology) – Kodiak, Alaska. Travel assignment starting 07/13/2026 for multiple weeks. Weekly pay: $2,628–$2,726. Guaranteed hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks. Shift: 4x10-hour nights, 6:00 PM–4:00 AM. Work setting includes acute care imaging and outpatient services. Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging with and without contrast, including CT angiography, trauma, and emergency studies; cover X-ray as needed.
- Prepare patients, obtain venous access, administer contrast per protocol, and monitor patient safety and comfort.
- Operate imaging equipment (Philips 64-slice Brilliance CT) and support X-ray procedures; navigate PACS and ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
- Adhere to radiation safety standards, optimize dose, document procedures in the Epic EHR, and collaborate with the radiology team.
- Respond to urgent imaging requests and support workflow across acute care, long-term care, and outpatient imaging within scope.
Requirements
- Certifications: ARRT (CT) and BLS required; carry original/copies for compliance.
- Licenses: Active state license to practice radiology CT in Alaska; pending licenses not accepted.
- Experience: Years of experience not required (0+ accepted); prior charge experience not required.
- Education: Not specified in the notes; include applicable standards as allowed.
- Additional: Ability to work 4x10 night shifts; willingness to cover X-ray within scope; weekend/night on-call as required.
