CA - Med/Surg /skilled nursing dept NIGHTS with CA License — Registered Nurse, Med/Surg (Travel - Temporary Assignment). Location: King City, California, United States. Start date: 04/13/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,846–$1,944 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12 Nights. Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital. This travel assignment requires active California licensure, CERNER experience, ACLS and PALS, and the ability to float to the skilled nursing department as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on the Med/Surg unit, including non-critical pediatric patients per patient census needs
- Perform assessments, monitor vitals, interpret changes in patient status, and respond per clinical protocols
- Administer and document medications and treatments in the CERNER system; ensure accurate charting and communication with the care team
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other disciplines to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and comfort; assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Float to the Skilled Nursing Department as needed and provide continuity of care across departments
Requirements
- Active California RN license
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- CERNER experience (must have)
- Med/Surg nursing experience; pediatric care experience preferred
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts (3x12 schedule)
- Ability to float to the Skilled Nursing Department as needed
