Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care (Nights) in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Start date: 04/20/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,509–$2,603 per week. Guaranteed hours: not guaranteed. Shift: 3x12 nights (12-hour nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM). This is a travel - temporary assignment in a hospital setting with a CCU/ICU focus and potential float to PCU as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct bedside nursing care for adult patients requiring critical care support, including ventilator management, invasive lines, and hemodynamic monitoring
- Monitor patient status, recognize early signs of physiologic deterioration, and respond per unit protocol; adjust plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Manage devices and procedures within scope (ventilators, arterial/central lines, ICP monitoring as applicable) and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record (Meditech Expanse if available)
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other staff to coordinate care, deliver timely interventions, and ensure patient safety and infection prevention
- Perform and document skilled nursing interventions, administer medications per orders, and support transitions of care during shift handoffs; prepare for potential float to PCU and maintain unit standards of care

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license (RN) – must be uploaded with profile
- Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) required to staff temporary needs; license must be uploaded upfront
- Minimum 2 years of current CCU/ICU experience; willingness to float to PCU as needed
- Ventilation management, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring experience
- NIHSS certification required; active American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
- Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred; TNCC preferred; BSN preferred
- Own vehicle required; all scheduling requests must be noted in the profile at submission; RTO requests accepted at submission and may not be approved after offer
