Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adults on a PCU/Telemetry/Stepdown unit, focusing on cardiac and critical care needs
- Monitor telemetry, interpret dysrhythmias, and respond to rhythm changes
- Manage cardiac and vasoactive IV infusions (no titration required) and central/peripheral line care
- Administer blood products as ordered; assess and respond to patient status changes
- Support non-invasive airway management (BIPAP/CPAP) and participate in rapid response or code events
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (IV team, PT, RT, pharmacy, social work, discharge planning) and document care in Epic
- Maintain patient safety and adherence to unit protocols, including stroke and PCI-related care

Requirements
- Active RN license in Idaho or a compact-state license in hand at time of submittal
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Minimum 1 year of recent, relevant RN experience in PCU/Telemetry/Stepdown or related areas
- Ability to work nights in a 24-bed unit and to float to other units as needed
- Onboarding readiness: able to complete core items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing
- 100-mile radius rule applies; local candidates may not be eligible
