Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration according to policy and physician orders.
- Monitor residents, perform routine assessments, report changes to the supervising RN, and escalate concerns promptly.
- Provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, and safety needs.
- Perform basic wound care, respond to call bells, and support respiratory and circulatory health as directed.
- Document care in the electronic health record and maintain accurate resident charts.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, communicate with families per facility procedures, and uphold infection control and safety standards.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico (or eligibility to practice in NM).
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment preferred.
- Availability to work a night shift schedule (19:00–07:30) and to meet guaranteed 36 hours per week of travel assignment time.
- Ability to provide compassionate resident care and to work effectively within a team and in a regulated setting.
