Responsibilities
- Provide practical nursing care under supervision, including routine assessments and monitoring of residents
- Administer medications and perform basic nursing procedures per the plan of care
- Monitor vital signs and document changes; respond to changes in resident condition promptly
- Document care and interventions in Point-Click-Care electronic health records
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (CNA, RN, physicians) to implement and adjust care plans
- Support residents with activities of daily living and respond to call bells and urgent needs
Requirements
- Point-Click-Care experience (required)
- Availability for 3x12-hour night shifts
- Must reside within 100 miles of the assignment facility
- Availability for a 13-week contract
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting
