In this role, you’ll take on key responsibilities that are central to high-quality perioperative care. As an OR RN, you’ll assist surgeons, maintain sterile technique, manage patient safety before, during, and after procedures, and collaborate with anesthesiology and support staff to ensure smooth case flow. Your duties may include patient prepping and positioning, instrument handling, monitoring and responding to patient status changes, and meticulous documentation.
