Travel Registered Nurse LTC Job
Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) in Sewickley, PA. Start date 04/20/2026 for several weeks. This travel, temporary assignment offers guaranteed 40 hours per week. Evening shift from 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM (14:45–23:00). Setting: LTC - Nursing Home.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per plan and physician orders
- Monitor residents’ conditions; perform ongoing assessments and document vital signs
- Provide direct resident care including activities of daily living and assistance with mobility
- Communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team; update care plans and documentation
- Maintain accurate records in electronic health records; complete MARs and flowsheets
- Ensure safety, infection control, and adherence to facility policies and procedures
Requirements
- Active RN license (state of practice)
- Ability to work the listed evening shift and fulfill a 40-hour weekly schedule
- Eligibility for a temporary travel assignment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a LTC setting
- Ability to pass standard credentialing/clearance processes as part of placement
