Travel Physical Therapy Assistant to support a skilled nursing facility in Butte, Montana. Start date 05/11/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,337–$1,387 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week (40-hour weeks possible). Shift is Days. This is a temporary travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor rehabilitation plans under supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Lead and assist patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional activities
- Apply therapeutic modalities and assistive devices as directed; ensure proper equipment use
- Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and communicate changes to the PT team
- Maintain safety, infection control, and patient dignity during all therapy activities
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to coordinate care and optimize outcomes
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Montana (MT PTA) or eligibility to practice
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility environment and follow directed treatment plans
- Strong documentation and communication skills; adherence to professional standards
- Eligible to work in the United States; travel assignment readiness
- Comfortable working a day shift and adapting to a 13-week assignment
- Prior PTA experience in rehab or skilled nursing settings is preferred
