Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment under supervision of an RN.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor for adverse reactions.

- Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide comfort and hygiene support.
- Communicate changes promptly to the supervising RN, document care accurately, and participate in care planning with the team.
- Maintain safety, infection control practices, and regulatory compliance in day-to-day care.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Alabama.
- Ability to work night shift (12-hour shifts) in a skilled nursing setting.
- Willingness to participate in a travel temporary assignment for 8 weeks.
