Travel Registered Nurse ER Job
Registered Nurse - ER, travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. Start date May 11, 2026 with an 8-week assignment. Weekly pay currently offered: $1,624 to $1,697 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 nights per week. Work setting: hospital emergency department with large-capacity operations; level 1 trauma experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to adult and pediatric ED patients
- Perform triage, continuous monitoring, rapid assessments, and timely interventions
- Administer medications, IV therapies, analgesia, and manage resuscitation within trauma activations
- Assist with procedures (e.g., intubation, suturing) and coordinate with multidisciplinary ED team
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the EMR; ensure accurate handoffs to inpatient teams
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and adherence to department policies during high-volume shifts
Requirements
- Active Georgia RN license or eligibility to obtain one
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; TNCC and ENPC preferred
- Minimum 4 years of well-rounded adult and pediatric ED experience
- Ability to work night shifts in a high-acuity, fast-paced ED
- Credentialing in process; must provide demographic information and badge photo as requested
