As an Ambulatory Care RN, your key responsibilities include triaging urgent concerns, conducting age-appropriate assessments, managing follow-up care, administering vaccinations and wound care, and coordinating multidisciplinary plans. You’ll educate patients about medications, self-management strategies, and preventive services, and you’ll coordinate referrals and care transitions to primary care, specialty clinics, or home health as needed.
