Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care for postoperative patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care.
- Function as Scrub Technician when needed to support surgical teams and procedures.
- Coordinate, manage, provide, and delegate patient care while meeting established Standards of Nursing Practice.
- Promote cooperation among the health care team and ensure accurate documentation of patient status and care provided.
- Monitor patient responses, respond to changes in condition, and communicate findings to the broader care team.
Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse license
- Graduate of an accredited RN program (diploma/associate/baccalaureate)
- Ability to perform Scrub Technician duties as needed
- Competence in delivering direct patient care within a home healthcare – hospice setting
- Availability for 12-hour shifts on a rotating travel assignment
