Responsibilities
- Deliver and document physical therapy services for LTAC patients within a skilled nursing facility setting, following established treatment plans.
- Implement and adjust treatment plans under supervision, tracking patient progress and outcomes.
- Provide gait training, mobility assistance, strengthening, balance activities, and activities of daily living training to support functional recovery.
- Monitor patient responses to therapy, communicate changes to the supervising PT, and collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to optimize care.
- Assist with discharge planning and transitions of care, ensuring appropriate referrals and coordination with the care team.
- Maintain safe, clean equipment and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to commit to a 13-week travel assignment starting 08/24/2026
- Comfortable working in a skilled nursing facility LTAC setting
- Available to work on-site in Kennebunk, Maine
- Willingness to work a 5x8 schedule with 35 guaranteed hours per week (08:00–16:30)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
