Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff in ICU, SCU, and ED as assigned; supervisor experience is required
- Provide direct nursing care for acutely ill patients in the ICU, including monitoring and collaboration with the care team
- Administer medications, manage critical care equipment, and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and other disciplines to implement and update care plans
- Ensure accurate documentation, patient safety, and adherence to hospital policies; participate in shift handoffs
Requirements
- Active New York RN license in hand
- BLA and ACLS certifications required
- Supervisor experience is required; SCU and ED experience preferred
- ICU nursing experience with strong critical care skills
- Ability to work night shifts in a hospital setting
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment to Hamilton, NY
