Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care, traveling assignment in Clovis, New Mexico, United States. Start date May 25, 2026 for a 4-week assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents per individualized care plans, under supervision of a registered nurse.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor resident responses; document administration and observations accurately.
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility) and provide comfort measures as needed.
- Monitor for changes in condition, report findings to the supervising RN, and update charts and care plans accordingly.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment; adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
- Support care coordination activities, including wound care, monitoring device function, and participating in resident rounds and care planning.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in or knowledge of long-term care nursing preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts and manage the physical demands of nocturnal care
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to commit to a 4-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours
