Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse; document accurately in care records.
- Assist with routine nursing tasks under supervision, including transferring, positioning, and ambulation.
- Support meals and hydration: feeding assistance, measuring intake, and encouraging hydration.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment: infection control, bedside care, and safe handling of equipment.
- Adhere to care plans, safety protocols, and patient privacy regulations; communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification/licensure in New Hampshire (NH)
- Ability to work the night shift (3x12 hours)
- Willingness to commit to a 16-week travel assignment
- Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Accurate documentation, reliable, and able to follow care plans
