- Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment to prioritize care, adjust plans, and ensure patient safety.
- Communicate with patients and families to provide education and address questions as part of the care plan.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and ensure continuity of care across shifts.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license
- ICU/critical care experience preferred or required for the specialty
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts in a travel assignment
- Willingness to fulfill a 13-week contract term
- Competency in prioritization, clinical assessment, and coordination of care
