Travel Radiology CT Tech Job
CT Technologist, Radiology (CT) travel assignment in Rochester, NY, beginning 05/18/2026 for 13 weeks. Shift is 10 hours per day. Weekly pay ranges from $2,766 to $2,890 per week. Guaranteed hours: none. Setting: hospital environment.

Responsibilities
- Confirm patient identity and exam verification prior to initiating the scan, adhering to department policy for patient safety
- Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging and communicate exam results as appropriate
- Prepare patients for scans, explain the procedure, and address questions to reduce anxiety
- Insert IVs when necessary for the test and monitor patients during the exam
- Position patients and assist with transfers, using safe patient handling techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records in EPIC; ensure identifying images are captured and images are sent to PACS after the exam
- Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility, following infection control and radiation safety procedures
Requirements
- NYS Radiologic Technologist license; NYS licensure must be obtained prior to starting
- Injection therapy certification stated on NYS license (required at submission)
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 2 years of CT experience
- Level 1 Trauma Center experience required
- Formal training in an approved School of Radiologic Technology (education requirement)
