Responsibilities
- Conduct initial PT evaluations for inpatients and outpatients in a hospital-based setting, with a workload split approximately 50/50.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals; adjust as needed based on patient progress.
- Deliver PT interventions including therapeutic exercises, gait training, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate.
- Document patient progress accurately in the medical record; communicate with physicians and the broader care team; participate in rounds as required.
- Plan and execute discharge planning; provide patient and caregiver education and home exercise programs to support continued recovery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety, adherence to protocols, and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in California or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient PT settings (50/50 workload) as described.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends; 40 hours per week guaranteed.
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel and commit to a 13-week assignment in King City.
