Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – Travel assignment in Philadelphia, PA. This 14-week, full‑time LPN position runs 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, five days per week, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Travel assignment in a hospital setting. Start date 04/06/2026. Weekly pay range: $1,238 to $1,325. Hiring organization: Healthforce Healthcare LLC. This assignment requires active licensure as an LPN and will include orientation with a home base established after training.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration in the electronic medical record
- Monitor and assess patient status, recognizing significant changes and communicating with the care team
- Assist with activities of daily living and basic nursing care as directed
- Collect specimens and prepare them for laboratory processing following protocols
- Support treatment plans and participate in multidisciplinary team activities
- Document care accurately and promptly, ensuring patient safety and privacy
- Communicate with patients and families to provide education and discharge planning support as appropriate
- Maintain orderly charting and contribute to quality improvement and patient service goals
Requirements
- Current LPN license in good standing (Pennsylvania) or as otherwise required for practice location
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Prior clinical experience as an LPN; gynecology/urology experience preferred per assignment notes
- Ability to work across multiple care sites with orientation to a home base after training
- EPIC EMR experience is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to follow directions and meet documentation standards
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment with guaranteed 40 hours per week
