Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care travel assignment in Meeker, Colorado. Start date 04/29/2026 for 13 weeks, with guaranteed 36 hours per week on days. Weekly pay range $1,562–$1,684. Shared furnished housing available within the city limits (Wi‑Fi and cable). This assignment requires an active Colorado LPN license and LTC experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents per the plan of care, under supervision of licensed staff
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established orders
- Monitor resident status, perform routine assessments, document findings, and escalate changes as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety, wound care, nutrition, and activity of daily living needs are met
- Maintain accurate documentation, including charting and MARs, and ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
- Support MDS processes when applicable and participate in ongoing quality improvement activities
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Colorado LPN license
- Long-term care (LTC) nursing experience required
- MDS experience preferred
- Ability to work in a day shift; travel assignment with a radius requirement of at least 65 miles from the work site; local travelers will not be considered
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate effectively with care teams
