Role Specifics and Benefits: As the LPN in Long-Term Care, you will play a pivotal role in daily resident care, collaborating closely with RNs, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams. Core responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments per protocol, providing wound care, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring safe, dignified transfers and procedures. You’ll contribute to accurate documentation, participate in the development and refinement of care plans, and actively observe changes in condition, communicating effectively with the care team and families. Our compensation package is designed to reward your expertise, including a weekly pay range of $988–$1,028, with Guaranteed Hours of 36.0 per week. Start Date, Duration, and Logistics: This promotion targets a start on 03/01/2026 for several weeks, with the potential for extension based on performance and site needs. While you’ll be focused on Silver City, there is flexibility to participate in assignments across a network of locations should you wish to broaden your experience. All assignments emphasize consistent scheduling and reliable hours to support your planning and personal commitments, with clear communication about any changes that may arise.
