Role Specifics and Benefits: As the LPN in Long-Term Care, you will play a pivotal role in daily resident care, collaborating closely with RNs, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams. Core responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments per protocol, providing wound care, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring safe, dignified transfers and procedures. You’ll contribute to accurate documentation, participate in the development and refinement of care plans, and actively observe changes in condition, communicating effectively with the care team and families.
