Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies

- Provide and document routine nursing care, including ADLs, vital signs, and wound/dressing care
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges following established procedures
- Ensure infection control standards, patient safety, and confidentiality in all care activities
- Maintain accurate documentation in the resident’s chart and electronic health record
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire (in good standing)
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication skills and proficient documentation/otehr charting abilities
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
- Knowledge of long-term care practices and regulatory requirements
