Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for an ENT service line in eastern Montana. This travel assignment starts 04/13/2026 and runs for 16 weeks, with 40 guaranteed hours per week on a 5x8 day schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a half-hour lunch). Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of healthcare providers in the ENT service line
- Perform routine nursing procedures, clinical assessments, and post-procedure care
- Assist providers with in-office ENT procedures and examinations
- Call patients with test results and coordinate prescription refills as directed
- Prepare exam rooms, manage filing, and order essential medical supplies
- Document patient information and test results accurately in the electronic health record; maintain clear communication with patients and the care team
- Promote a positive patient experience through education, advocacy, and compassionate care
Requirements
- Current Montana LPN license (or compact license with MT eligibility) in good standing
- Graduation from an approved LPN program
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems and healthcare technology
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start
