Travel Registered Nurse PICC Job
Registered Nurse (PICC) – Corrections, Philadelphia, PA. Travel temporary assignment starting May 18, 2026 for 14 weeks. Weekly pay between $1,935 and $1,975 per week, with guaranteed 40 hours. Shift: 5x8 evenings (3:00 pm–11:30 pm).

Responsibilities
- Perform nurse-led assessments for inmates within the correctional health unit, documenting findings and triaging as appropriate.
- Conduct venipuncture and blood draws per protocol; ensure proper labeling and specimen handling.
- Monitor patient status, deliver basic care within scope of practice, and communicate findings to the medical team and intake/triage areas.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and facility staff, maintaining compliance with security and privacy requirements.
- Be willing to float to another facility if needed and adhere to scheduling requirements, including weekend work on a rotating basis.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and follow all applicable policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (education may be supported by state requirements).
- Experience performing nursing assessments and venipuncture/draws.
- Ability to work in a secure corrections environment and follow facility policies and security procedures.
- Willingness to float to another facility if needed and to work every other weekend.
- Availability to start at 3:00 pm and stay until 11:30 pm on scheduled days; ability to commit to a 14-week assignment.
