Cardiovascular Technologist – Cath Lab Technologist travel assignment in Kansas City, KS, starting 10/04/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $3,012–$3,196. Shift: 4x10-hour days (0700–1700). This role involves work in a high-volume cath lab environment with an orientation included and on-call coverage required.

Responsibilities
- Perform interventional and diagnostic left- and right-heart catheterizations; assist with procedures including TAVR, Mitraclip, PFO/ASD repair, and Watchman; manage vascular cases as needed
- Prepare the lab, ensure sterility, set up equipment, administer contrast, and monitor patient hemodynamics; assist physicians during cases
- Document procedural findings, post-procedure data, and maintain accurate records; communicate with the care team and support staff; uphold safety and infection control standards
- Provide on-call coverage as required, participate in rapid-response and case-turnover activities, and support ongoing quality and safety initiatives
- Complete required orientation and credentialing steps; review orders and pre-procedure data to support efficient workflow
Requirements
- Active licensure/certification: ARRT (R), RCVT, or RCIS
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS
- Experience: Cath Lab experience with interventional and diagnostic left-heart catheters; right-heart caths (with or without biopsy); experience with structural heart cases (TAVR, Mitraclip, PFO/ASD repair, Watchman) and vascular cases; adult coronary experience required
- Education: Not specified
- Ability to work in a fast-paced cath lab environment; able to participate in on-call rotation; ability to adhere to unit policies and safety standards
- Orientation: Will attend a 2-day orientation during the first week
