Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Core responsibilities include: continuous newborn assessment and telemetry, ventilator and respiratory support coordination, thermoregulation management, IV therapy and medication administration, total parenteral nutrition and specialized feeding plans, incubator and radiant warmer oversight, infection prevention, analgesia and comfort measures, meticulous documentation, and parental education to empower families during hospitalization and beyond.
- Collaboration and growth: you will work closely with neonatologists, neonatal nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, social workers, and family members to optimize outcomes, participate in rounds, and contribute to care plans.
