Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse position in Gallup, New Mexico, United States. Travel - Temporary Assignment beginning 04/06/2026 for approximately 13 weeks. Weekly pay range is $849-$893 per week, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts (07:00–19:30). Work setting: skilled nursing facility. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a physician
- Monitor vital signs, recognize changes in patient condition, and document findings
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans
- Maintain safety, infection control, and accurate charting in accordance with policies
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (07:00–19:30)
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment preferred
- Local candidates able to work in the Gallup, NM area
