Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and procedural support in the cath lab, including pre- and postprocedure care and PACU recovery
- Monitor telemetry and vital signs, respond toCardiac events, and assist with rapid response as needed
- Support electrophysiology and vascular procedures with equipment setup, sterile technique, and procedural assistance
- Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and other nursing staff to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow
- Document care in the electronic health record, communicate changes in patient status, and coordinate handoffs to receiving units
- Maintain cath lab readiness, including equipment, supplies, and infection control practices

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in New York
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Telemetry experience required
- Recent CVICU/Cardiac Care or PACU experience required
- Cath Lab experience highly desired; 2+ years of Cath Lab experience preferred
- Ability to work nights in a hospital-based cath lab environment and adapt to unit needs
