Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room for procedures, ensuring sterile technique and proper equipment readiness
- Circulate during cases: assist team, manage instrument counts, and document patient care activities
- Scrub for procedures as needed and pass instruments, maintaining situational awareness and safety
- Assist with patient positioning, specimen handling, and equipment troubleshooting during cases
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, circulating nurses, and support staff; monitor patient status and communicate changes promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation (including perioperative records) and comply with department policies; familiarity with Meditech Expanse is highly preferred

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license (current) and upload Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) to profile
- 2 years of current OR RN experience, with scrub and circulate responsibilities
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- CNOR preferred
- Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred
- Must have own vehicle; able to travel to the assignment
- All scheduling requests (RTO) must be included at submission; five 8-hour shifts per week required; ability to work the listed evenings is required
