Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care in Morganton, NC. Start date: 11/07/2026. This is an 8-week travel temporary assignment in a long-term care setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,117 to $1,177. Shifts are 12-hour daytime days (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.). The schedule includes three 12-hour day shifts per week, with every-other weekend required and holidays as needed. There is no guaranteed number of hours. Orientation occurs during the first couple hours of the first shift, and credentials are due by 11/7/2026 or ASAP.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policy
- Monitor residents’ vital signs and overall condition; report changes promptly to the supervising nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide comfort and safety for residents
- Document care activities, inputting accurate notes into the electronic health record and care plans
- Collaborate with licensed and unlicensed team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Support the care planning process by contributing observations and participating in revisions as needed

Requirements
- Active North Carolina LPN license
- 12 months of recent LPN experience, preferably in long-term care or geriatrics
- Ability to work 12-hour daytime shifts (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
- Weekend requirement: every other weekend
- Holidays as needed per client
- Orientation: participate in onboarding during the first shift; credentials due by 11/7/2026 or ASAP
