Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures according to department protocols and radiologist directions.
- Position patients, apply immobilization, and ensure patient safety and comfort during scans.
- Operate CT equipment, select appropriate protocols, and adjust technical parameters to optimize image quality.
- Monitor patients during examinations and manage contrast administration as ordered.
- Ensure high-quality images and accurate data for interpretation; document exams and maintain precise records.
- Adhere to infection control standards and radiation safety guidelines; keep the imaging suite clean and ready for the next patient.
Requirements
- ARRT CT certification
- 2 years CT imaging experience in a facility of similar size
- Availability for night shifts; able to work Fri–Sun nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
- Ability to work in a hospital imaging department
- Onboarding requires submission of demographic information and a badge photo
