LPN|RN travel assignment in a long-term care setting. Location: New Hampshire, United States. Start date: 04/01/2026. Duration: 16 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,074–$1,092 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 07:00–19:30. Schedule: Mon, Fri and every other weekend. Setting: LTC - Nursing Home.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting under supervision
- Administer medications and treatments per documented care plans
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes, and report to the supervising clinician
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility needs
- Perform routine wound care, dressing changes, and injections as allowed
- Document care accurately in the charting system and participate in handoffs with the care team
Requirements
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule in a long-term care setting
- Willingness to work Mondays, Fridays, and every other weekend
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within an interdisciplinary team
- Eligible to participate in the temporary travel assignment and complete standard onboarding and compliance steps
- Ability to travel and commit to a 16-week assignment
