Registered Nurse – Case Manager, Everett, WA, start 06/15/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $2,224–$2,316 per week. Shift: 5x8 Days. This travel assignment places you in a hospital-based case management and discharge planning role, covering two nearby campuses within the same system. Orientation is approximately 30 hours, with guaranteed hours of 72 hours per 2-week pay period. Pending licensure accepted for RN and required BLS certification.

Responsibilities
- Perform case management and discharge planning for acute-care patients, including needs assessment, DME ordering, and plan-of-care development.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care with Social Services, physicians, and nursing teams to facilitate safe and timely discharges.
- Conduct patient and family education, identify discharge barriers, and arrange post-acute services.
- Document and chart in EPIC; maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Float between units and campuses as needed; manage an approximate patient ratio of 25–30 across diverse age groups (neonates to geriatrics).
- Participate in onboarding requirements (pre-start modules/orientation) and maintain readiness for start date.

Requirements
- Current RN licensure or eligibility (pending license accepted)
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience with discharge planning / care coordination
- Preferred: diverse case management experience (Med-Surg, LLOS, ED); age range from neonates to geriatrics
- EPIC charting experience; ability to document accurately and efficiently
- Ability to float between units and across two campuses as needed; willingness to work days, with every-other weekend schedule and holiday commitments
- Pre-start modules ~16 hours (approval required for more than 20 hours); background/Nursys disclosure at submittal; RTO planned at submittal (typical 5 days)
