Key responsibilities include performing comprehensive observations, monitoring vitals, initiating early warning scores, and communicating changes to the care team. You’ll assist with ED-to-unit transitions, support discharge planning, and contribute to accurate documentation in the EMR while upholding infection control and patient safety. Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and allied staff, you’ll coordinate timely interventions and high-quality care. The role offers clear growth paths within the Observation Unit, deepening expertise in acute medical care and telemetry. Compensation is competitive, with a bonus program and housing assistance to ease relocation. You’ll have the option to extend your contract for additional multi-week assignments aligned to your goals. A 24/7 travel support team, scheduling and credentialing assistance, and ongoing training ensure you feel supported anywhere you work. Start date is 04/13/2026 for an open-ended number of weeks, with weekly pay between $2,120 and $2,152 and no guaranteed hours, offering flexibility that rewards reliability and initiative.
