Copper Ridge Health and Rehab
Mid Level
Embark on a transformative journey as a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist in Montana’s Butte region, where your expertise will illuminate communication for patients across diverse settings. This role invites you to deliver high-impact therapy in dynamic environments—from outpatient clinics to school and hospital-based settings—while embracing the freedom and adventure that comes with travel. If you’re driven to make a measurable difference, to grow professionally within the speech-language pathology specialty, and to explore new communities, this opportunity is crafted for you. Start on 04/06/2026 and engage in a multi-week assignment that guarantees 36 hours of practice each week, with competitive weekly pay ranging from $2,070 to $2,156. Your impact will be supported by a robust framework designed to help you thrive, both clinically and personally.

Butte’s unique charm offers more than a place to work; it’s a community where history, culture, and the great outdoors converge. You’ll enjoy a setting rich with friendly neighborhoods, access to hiking and outdoor recreation, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes long-term career journeys feel like home. And for those who crave variety, this opportunity also opens doors to assignments in other locations across the United States, giving you the chance to experience new schools, clinics, and medical centers while building a diverse professional portfolio. Montana’s open skies and breathtaking landscapes create a backdrop for sustainable work-life balance, where you can recharge after meaningful clinical sessions and return ready to innovate in your practice.

In this role, you’ll assume comprehensive SLP responsibilities grounded in evidence-based practice. Key duties include conducting comprehensive assessments of speech, language, fluency, voice, cognition, and swallowing as appropriate; developing individualized treatment plans aligned with therapeutic goals; implementing therapeutic modalities across articulation, language development, social communication, augmentative and alternative communication supports, and feeding/swallowing interventions; documenting progress with precision and communicating findings to families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, teachers, speech-language pathology assistants, and other allied health professionals to coordinate care, ensure continuity across settings, and adjust plans in response to ongoing evaluation. This position also offers professional growth within the speech-language pathology specialty—advancing your clinical judgment, expanding your repertoire of therapeutic approaches, and cultivating leadership opportunities in mentoring junior staff and contributing to program development. We emphasize a supportive environment that values curiosity, continuous learning, and ethical, patient-centered care.

Our benefits go beyond competitive compensation. You’ll receive a compelling package that includes a sign-on or completion bonus, housing assistance to ease relocation or short-term lodging, and opportunities to extend your assignment beyond initial terms. You’ll have access to generous paid time off, continuing education credits or stipend support, and a clear pathway for career advancement within a nationally recognized organization dedicated to the speech-language pathology discipline. In addition, we’re proud to provide 24/7 support for traveling clinicians, ensuring you always have a trusted partner available—whether you’re navigating a new locale, coordinating with a school district, or addressing an urgent clinical need. From initial onboarding to ongoing resource access, our travel program includes dedicated coordinators, clinical mentors, and a robust network of peers to share best practices and guidance.

We believe our company’s greatest strength is its people. We’re committed to empowering our staff to pursue ambitious career goals while maintaining a balanced, supportive work environment. Expect transparent communication, constructive feedback, opportunities to lead, and alignment between your professional aspirations and the organization’s mission to improve patient outcomes. Whether you’re honing specialized language intervention techniques, exploring innovative assistive technologies, or contributing to program expansion in underserved areas, you’ll find a culture that celebrates your contributions and commits to your ongoing development.
