CT Tech (Radiology) in The Dalles, Oregon — Start date 07/27/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay $1,927–$1,970. Shift: 3x12 Nights. Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital. Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and department protocols.
- Prepare, position, and assess patients; verify identity and consent; monitor patient tolerance and manage IV contrast as ordered.
- Operate CT equipment, optimize imaging parameters, and apply ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure.
- Document procedures, verify image quality, and ensure accurate labeling and storage of images.
- Collaborate with radiologists and referring clinicians; communicate preliminary findings as required by policy.
- Maintain a clean, organized CT suite; perform routine QA checks and ensure proper documentation of all procedures.
Requirements
- ARRT certification in CT (CT) and active radiography registration (RT(R)) or ARRT equivalent; CT credentialing must be current.
- Advanced Certification in CT: required in OR and HI; preferred in CA and OR.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider.
- Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment: preferred.
- Venipuncture certification: preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts in a high-volume CT environment and follow department safety protocols.
