Responsibilities
- Independently perform CT imaging exams per department procedures; set up equipment and position patients for each study
- Ensure patient safety and provide age-appropriate care while obtaining high-quality diagnostic images
- Safely operate CT imaging equipment, applying appropriate technique and exposure parameters
- Maintain clean, organized equipment and supply readiness; adapt to a variety of exams and patient needs
- Collaborate with radiology team to optimize workflow and ensure adherence to department protocols
Requirements
- Active radiologic technologist licensure or eligibility in the applicable jurisdiction
- CT imaging experience or CT certification/credential as appropriate
- BLS certification
- Ability to work nights and align with department needs on a travel assignment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and provide safe, accurate patient care
