Overview
Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical, Concord, New Hampshire. Travel assignment for 13 weeks beginning 08/31/2026. Weekly pay between $2,126 and $2,260. Shift: nights, 7:00 pm–7:00 am (3x12-hour shifts). Setting: hospital-based high-acuity Med Surg/Respiratory Care Unit. This opening requires an active RN license (NH- or Compact-authorized) and relevant certifications and experience as described in the job notes.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a high-acuity Med Surg floor with respiratory care needs
- Monitor patient status, perform focused assessments, administer medications, and update care plans
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and respond to clinical changes
- Manage respiratory therapy needs and assist with related procedures as indicated
- Document in the electronic medical record (Cerner experience preferred) and participate in on-call/onboarding requirements

Requirements
- Active RN license in NH or a valid Compact license; Nursys license verification for all active RN licenses
- 2+ years of experience in Med Surg and/or Telemetry
- Current BLS; ACLS required prior to start; NHISS required prior to start
- Dysrhythmia exam required during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- RTO (approved time off) must be included at the time of submission
- Valid driver's license with address matching demographics
- Willingness to float to affiliated unit locations if needed (within reasonable distance)
